1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Freelivo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Freelivo is intended for lawful use in creating, managing, and delivering invoices. You may not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

3. Invoice Integrity

Once an invoice is issued and sent, the financial fields (amounts, quantities, dates) are locked and cannot be altered to maintain financial integrity and trust with end clients.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify Freelivo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and content are the intellectual property of Freelivo Inc. You retain ownership of your invoice data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Freelivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability cap is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of service.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
